Info on Custom Work

See something you like on the previously sold list? Please contact me
at shop@cafechatnoir.net and we can
discuss a creation for you! How the custom work process proceeds:

– You let me know what type of item you’re looking for and with what materials (see below)

– I will price it out for you and provide a rough sketch (if not based on an
existing design) of the projected end
product.

– If you wish to proceed, a 30% non-refundable deposit of the stated
price is required. If for some reason, you do not like the finished
product, you are not under an obligation to purchase it - the deposit is to
ensure that some of the costs are recouped if the item cannot be sold to another
customer. (In some cases, such as smaller works, the deposit will not be required.)

– Once the item is completed, I will send digital photos of the finished
work. If it meets your approval, the balance of the price must be paid, plus $5
shipping/handling for shipment via USPS Priority Mail and the item will be
shipped to you. (Alternate shipping methods are available, at varying
costs, please inquire.)

– I reserve the right to reuse any custom design at any time in the future.
