The day before tax day is NOT a good day to have all your lobby machines be out of service.
But, the taxes are all done, the couple bits that had to go in the mail are in the mail, the electronic stuff has been e-filed, and I can shut off my brain for a while. Maybe next year I won’t be running right up against the deadline - years past I usually have had my taxes done by the end of February - last couple years, not so much. This year I was just happy to not have to file an extension.
I’d love to think it has just been because I’ve had so many other things to do that were that much more fun and interesting, but I think it’s just more laziness. :)
