I had a lovely evening sitting here with my kitty by my side.
I think I may save the champange and have mimosas tomorrow morning.
Much to be done in 2008. I suppose I shouldn’t stay up until 3AM so I can get things off to a good start.

I stayed up later than I intended, but I was a designated driver part of the way and got a friend to sleep in the spare room rather than drive home in questionable condition. Score!
Not that I had to work too hard to convince him, which wouldn’t have worked anyway. I just set up conditions so the futon was a more attractive option than the road.

Happy New Year!
I watched the motorcycle guy break the record 322′ 7.5″ and then went to bed. I think I nodded off just after midnight my time. I was at the ranch, so there wasn’t much to do out there in the country.
