Tomorrow I make copies of the various & sundry receipts from the past week’s repairs and empty out the townhouse once and for all. (Sorry buyers, I won’t be forgetting the good vacuum cleaner.)

Thank you!!!!! It will be very nice to have this off my plate once and for all.
Right now, the only potential problem I see is the bathroom light that works fine for me, but I bet won’t work for them at the walkthrough - and I’ll be more than happy to write them a check at the office for a new fixture.
