My dad usually got a drawing or a homemade magnet or a felt finger puppet. “Coupon” for a free hug. Hand-turkey. That sort of thing.
Still has them all! They line his desk at work.

I think we’re getting my dad a small R/C helicopter for $30 from a local computer shop. :D
Now I’m trying to remember the name of the magazine we came across in a coffee shop in Culpeper–all kinds of high-end watches, cars, luxury tours including one that supplied several Ducatis and training, fly-in housing complete with six planes, not an item in it selling for under $10K or so, most well into the 6 and 7 figures.. nice to dream about. :D

I took my father to the Patuxet River Naval Air Museum and George Washington’s Birth Place national Monument last week, and I’m having a photo of the two of us framed.
