Just heard from him - he cleaned the gutters, blew out the junk that collects on the windows, blew out the front & back yard, and found the spot in the eaves/soffits that the HOA was talking about that had the damaged board.
AND HE’S GOING TO FIX IT FOR ME!!!! He apologized for not having the right tools on the truck to do it right now - it will be done within a week.
