Well, I guess Allen wasn’t conceding last night after all, since no one seems to be able to say who won. CNN.com is showing 1.170M for Webb and 1.162M for Allen, with 99% reporting in.
Is it too much to ask for an election that doesn’t have to have a recount at the end of it?
