I just emailed Abigail to tell her how awesome she is, and got this back:
Sweetheart seeing you made me SO happy. I can’t believe you took the time to do that. … I can’t tell you how good it was to see you.
Seriously, if you know someone racing in ANY kind of event, big, small, timed, fun-run, whatever, try as hard as you possibly can to take the time to go cheer them on - it REALLY does mean a lot.
