So, Wednesday night I did a nice weight circuit and a very good swim. Last night I went and did 25 minutes on the trainer and then another good swim (little shorter but good to be able to pull out a couple hundred meters and not drown.) So, today I am feeling that a lot. No pain, just a “Wow, I normally don’t swim two days in a row” thing happening.

So, what is the little voice in the back of my head saying? “You should go swim again tonight. Little hair of the dog that bit ya and all that good stuff.” Nevermind the fact that I would likely sink like a rock if I tried it three days running.

The gym is also proving hazardous to the local wildlife, I just looked out in the carport and apparently I ran over one of our frogs when I came home from the gym last night… Why the hell didn’t he get out of the way??????
