Up at 7, had a granola bar and off to the races with the dog. Came back, finished the other bar from the package, then coffee and a bagel. :) It’s nice to actually have time for this without having to get up at 4 in the morning.
40 minutes to get to work from the time I got in the car to sitting at my desk - and that includes a stop at Starbucks and parking at the ass end of the parking lot. (I did go move the car closer in at 5.) 30 minutes to get home. Sweet.
Very glad I resisted the temptation to sleep in. Silly as it may sounds, it was really important that I start this change off with actually taking advantage of the morning hours - it would be toooooooo easy to sleep til 9:45 every morning and dash out the door. :)
