I think I fed the cats twice tonight. I honestly couldn’t remember if I’d fed them earlier or not, and hopefully I’ve at least prevented a 3AM wakeup by the little darlings. I really wish I wasn’t so scatterbrained. :(
Been a bleah kinda week & weekend. The snow that had everyone in a tizzy ended up skirting north of us, so we didn’t get much - I’d kinda been hoping for a big slammer of a storm - haven’t had one of those in a couple years. Of course, last big storm I was snowed in w/another person and 2 dogs, so that’s probably what made it so much fun. Ah, well, there is still a bit of winter left.
I’ve run out of good coffee here, which sucks. Decided against running out to the market today, as it’s been a do-absolutely-nothing day and I wanted to stay on track with that. (Somehow that makes me sound more focused than just flat out lazy…)
I got my Social Security statement this week, and you know, I would prefer they just stop sending it. It’s an ugly reminder that a) I’ve given them a shitload of money I will likely never see again and b) another birthday is around the corner, and look, I’m right where I was 5 years ago… Bleah.
