Damn near every client I had today decided they would be better served by arguing with me every step of the way.
I also am getting ready to take someone’s head off at register.com. My domains don’t expire until NEXT MONTH and they have been repeatedly calling me and NOT bothering to leave a message and identify themselves.
Now that I think about it, perhaps now is not the best time to be calling them back, especially given that I have now been on hold for 19 minutes.
We got our bonuses today, so that’s something good.
Addendum: I finally had to call a different number to actually get anyone at register.com. I was extremely nice and explained that the NY office had been repeatedly calling and not leaving a message. The gentleman told me that if I am able to answer the next time they call, to yell at them. ;)
