1. If the words “it’s fixed itself” come out of your mouth, then we should NOT be having this conversation.

2. While I applaud you for working on a disaster recovery plan, the fact that I had to tell you *three* times that support will not be able to help you in the event of any disaster of any kind if you do not have access to your database tells me that you don’t quite get it. And again, NO we do not provide backup storage. Now go away.
