It’s nasty and grey and depressing out there. I also didn’t sleep for shit last night, which is going to make for a loooooooooong day. Fortunately I’ve still got a few minutes I can sit here and finish my coffee and try and wake up a little bit before I head into work.

Be nice to me, or I’ll put your ass on eternal hold. :) (We do have problems when we have to move calls to another queue - we’ll plainly state, “Your call is going elsewhere and someone from that group will call you back. Clients then bitch, “They said they were gonna transfer me and then hung up on me!”)
