Worked today. Not too bad, only a handful of calls. Still dealing w/ one very problematic user who a) doesn’t listen and b) doesn’t give all the information needed. She’s on my list.
Found out that three folks in my group are gay. In and of itself, I couldn’t give a rat’s ass either way - whatever makes you happy. However, DAMN, I am clueless when it comes to this stuff.
