So, the closing agent calls today - I have an eight hour window tomorrow in which to close on the refinance and still make the rate lock.
The good news is that they are coming to my office at noon tomorrow and it will be done! (Tomorrow night I actually will have a life after work, so they gotta come during the day…)

First and foremost - there is no reason whatsoever that this should have taken you so long to get it done - I can see how much information you had to provide.
